		<description>Good to hear from ya FJ!  The word &quot;Diet&quot; definitely has a bad stigma attached to it, but it&#039;s a word with multiple meanings.  In fact, what you eat daily is defined as your diet, regardless if you have weight loss/gain goals in mind or not. Good to know that with all the misinformation out there that we are on the same page as far as nutrition goes.</description>
