How To Lose 10 Pounds While Boosting Your Immunity

As if you need another reason to lose the excess flab around your waist, studies are now showing that losing fat, particularly the fat around your abs, can boost your immune system. Losing a little stomach fat also reduces the chances of cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance and diabetes.
