Low-Calorie Diet.com was launched this year with the goal of helping people effectively lose weight. Since the launch I have posted hundred’s of informative articles, recipes and answered reader’s questions in hopes to better educate and motivate those wanting to not only lose weight, but improve their health and self-confidence. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the reader’s and wish you continued success with your health and weight loss goals in the new year!
