<p>That might not seem like a lot of calories, but if you eat 3 – 5 meals per day that can add up.  And if you regularly drink soda or other calorie laden drinks and replace it with two cups of water you might be able to save even more calories per meal.</p>
<p>The weight loss effects of drinking water before a meal is promising, but add the fact that the participants kept the weight off for the following year is a positive, as well.</p>
