Are there any fruits that are low-carb?

Q: I’m looking for some low carb fruits to eat on my carb cutting days.  Any suggestions?

A: Opt for berries – blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, etc – and papaya when looking for a low-carb, nutrient packed fruit.  Keep in mind that you will want a wide variety of fruits, as well as other food groups, in your diet for optimal health.
