Do I Need To Measure My Body Fat?

Q: Do I need to measure my body fat when I’m on a diet?

A: Measuring body fat is a good indicator of whether you’re losing the right weight, which is fat, not muscle.  But no, it’s not required.  Look in the mirror.  Do you look better?  How are your clothes fitting?  Are your jeans looser?  When you are happy with the way you look and/or fit into that old pair of jeans you used to then you will know you are reaching your goals!
