Baked Grapes

Satisfy your sweet-tooth with this low calorie favorite.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound grapes, preferably de-stemmed
3/4 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp kosher salt (optional)
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt

Prep:
Heat oven to 450°F. Arrange grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Pour olive oil over grapes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until the grape skins are slightly crisp but the grapes are still soft on the inside, approximately 12-15 minutes. Serve warm  with yogurt for dipping.
