Garlic Lime Chicken

Garlic Lime ChickenPeppered chicken breast strips sauteed in garlic and a small amount of butter.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lime, halved
  • lemon pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken strips with black pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and let saute 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken strips to butter and garlic and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Squeeze lime over chicken and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Serve hot.
