I got this easy chicken marinade from my friend Greg, hence it’s called Greg’s Grilled Chicken for lack of a better name!
While this recipe is for grilled chicken, you can marinade any of your favorite meats in it.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup Worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp pepper
Directions
- Blend ingredients and marinade chicken in mixture for 24 hours
- Grill chicken on low heat for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
