<li>4 green onions, chopped</li>

<h3>Preparation</h3>

<li>In a mixing bowl, blend orange juice, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and stevia.</li>
<li>Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a large, resealable plastic bag, and add the chicken breasts. Seal, and marinate in the refrigerater for at least 2 hours. Refrigerate the remaining dressing.</li>
<li>Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.</li>
<li>In a large salad bowl, toss romaine lettuce with oranges, celery, and green onions. Set aside.</li>
<li>Place chicken on grill. Discard the marinade from the chicken. Cook for 6 to 8 mins each side, or until thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from grill, and slice into thin strips.</li>

<li>1 lemon, thinly sliced</li>
<li>1 tsp whole black peppercorns</li>
<li>2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves</li>
<li>3/4 tsp thyme</li>
<li>3/4 tsp paprika</li>
<li>1/3 cup light mayo</li>
<li>1/4 cup sour cream</li>
<li>1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper</li>
<li>1/8 tsp ground nutmeg</li>
<li>1.5 cups fresh corn, cooked and cut from the cob</li>
<li>2 tbsps chopped fresh cilantro</li>
<li>3/4 cup diced orange bell pepper</li>
<li>1 minced jalapeno pepper</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preparation</h3>
<ol start="1">
<li>Fill a large skillet with 1 inch water. Throw in lemon slices, peppercorns and thyme, bring to a boil.</li>
<li>Add chicken, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 mins, until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken from liquid and set aside to cool.</li>
<li>In a separate, smaller skillet, roast the paprika over medium-low heat for 2 mins.</li>
<li>In a small bowl, blend together the toasted paprika, mayo, sour cream, ground pepper and nutmeg.</li>
<li>Cut up chicken into small slices and transfer to a medium bowl. Add prepared dressing, corn, cilantro, orange pepper and jalapeno and toss until evenly coated. Enjoy warm!</li>

<li>4 cups high fiber bread cubes</li>
<li>1 cup chicken broth</li>
<li>1/4 cup chopped parsley</li>
<li>1/2 cup chopped onion</li>
<li>1 cup chopped celery</li>
<li>1/8 teaspoon nutmeg</li>
<li>1 teaspoon tarragon</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon paprika</li>
<li>1/2 cup chopped cranberries</li>
<li>1 cup chopped apple</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Prep</strong></p>
<p>1. In a skillet, sauté celery and onion in chicken broth until tender.<br />
2. Remove from heat.<br />
3. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.<br />
4. Stir in the onion, celery and broth mixture.<br />
5. Spray a two-quart baking dish with nonstick spray and spoon in mixture.<br />
6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.</p>

4 tablespoons grape seed oil<br />
½ cup orange juice, fresh squeezed<br />
1 tsp tarragon<br />
1 tsp Dijon mustard<br />
1 tsp honey<br />
12 cups lettuce, chopped<br />
8 ounces wild Alaskan Salmon filets, cooked<br />
8 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled<br />
2 medium oranges, sectioned</p>
