Guilt-Free Pizza Rolls

A healthy version of this popular snack!  Great for parties, as an appetizer or lunch.  Add diced veggies like onions or green peppers for extra taste without all the calories.

Servings: Makes about 20 rolls.

Ingredients:
1 package egg roll wrappers
2 cups marinara sauce
1/3 cup 2% low-fat mozarella
1 cup chopped pizza toppings

Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Mix sauce, cheese and chopped veggies in bowl.
  4. Take one wrapper, place 2 tbsp. sauce filling in middle, and roll in sides and edges.
  5. Place completed rolls on cookie sheet about 1/2 inch apart.
  6. For an extra kick, spray finished rolls with cooking spray and sprinkle on Parm Plus and Italian seasonings.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until light brown and crispy.
