Snacking can make or break your diet…Which is why it’s extremely important to plan ahead and keep healthy, low calorie snacks on hand! Snacks that are high in protein, fiber and under 150 calories make good choices, while processed snacks like chips contain little to no nutrients and will leave you feeling hungry again in no time. First up we have Greek Yogurt! 8 ounces contains only 120 calories and has twice as much protein as regular yogurt. You can even add a few berries or a little cinnamon for flavor! Almonds make an excellent snack and come in portable 100 calorie packs! Plus, they are full of good fats and protein to fill you up. If you’re looking for something crunchy then try crispbread! At only 12 calories per slice it’s lower in calories and a lot more nutritious than regular chips or crackers. Oatmeal makes a great high fiber snack at only 100 calories. Add some berries or cinnamon to spice it up! Popcorn can make a healthy, fiber rich snack. And it’s even available in portion-controlled 100 calorie packs!
