Quinoa and Black Beans is my FAVORITE dinner, although I call it Beanoa (been-wah!)
I put a little hot sauce in to kick up my metabolism and sometimes I add a little avocado and cilantro and it is a Mexican fiesta in my mouth. Also, i’m pretty sure the Jamaicans don’t call it “Jerky” chicken, like “That Chicken’s being a little jerky!” It’s called “Jerk” chicken. I LOVE unsweetened applesauce and those Kashi bars are to die for. This is an awesome list of great ideas for the dieting diner!
