Picked as a Best Book of 2014 by Amazon’s editors, this book was put together by the staff of registered dietitians from the Cooking Light magazine.
You won’t be left feeling hungry throughout the day as the book allows you to choose 3 meals and 2 snacks to keep you eating regularly and feeling full without consuming too many calories. Perfect for those who hate counting calories, as portions are already pre-calculated – you just choose the meals you want to eat!
As far as the recipes go, they are all fairly simple to make, with easy-to-follow steps and a nice large, full page picture of every recipe. The recipes are broken up into different sections: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. And you simply choose one recipe for each meal and 2 snacks.
For added convenience, you can even prepare a weeks worth of meals on say Sunday and freeze them, then throughout the week just reheat the meals when it’s time to eat. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
