  • 1 cup pineapple-Orange juice
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 scp vanilla whey protein powder (or substitute soy for a vegetarian friendly smoothie)
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in blender on high for 30 seconds.
